Sole Source Notification: Pursuant to Missouri Statute RSMo 50.783, it is the intent of the Buchanan County Commission to authorize the purchase of two Computer Voice Stress Analyzers at a total cost of $11,700 at 10:00 a.m. on November 13, 2009. This was found to be a single feasible source purchase from National Institute for Truth Verification (NITV). This company is the only manufacturer and has no distributors.
